For Thanksgiving, we took Brock to his first Lone Star Showdown! Of course he had to support both teams because he loves his mama & daddy equally. :) We rested all day, so Brock would have enough energy to join in the fun - it was a very late night for all of us. He was SO good, which is such a big turnaround from just a couple of months ago. We are truly thankful for a happy and healthy baby! Now that the colic is gone, and he is sleeping well, he is such a delight. He likes to be held by all, gives anyone a smile & will cuddle with a complete stranger. But, he's always on the lookout for his mama, of course. That makes me feel so loved. Even though the Ags ran out of time, it was a fun night - complete with a yummy Thanksgiving spread and a suite full of family members (everyone in burnt orange, except me). I'm glad that our son got to be a part of our family tradition, and we look forward to many more to come, but hopefully he'll get to see the Aggies win some! :) Here are some pictures from the game...
He wore a "house divided" onesie, which got a lot of
attention. It was a gift, and I thought Julee did a great
job. She recently started her own embroidery &
monogramming business - her email address is
thenamedropper@ymail.com if you're interested
in finding out what else she designs.
The face he makes is hilarious!
Karsten and Brock are cousins &
were born about a week apart.
It was time to go home, so we could all get
some rest. The next day, we worked on
getting our Christmas decorations out...

The onesie turned out so cute! How are you guys doing? I miss you and can't wait to see little Brock again in person!
I found your site through my friend Kerri's blog. I had to comment on how adorable your baby is!! OMG! He's super cute.
