Readin', Crawlin' & Splashin'!

This past week has been pretty low-key. We played at the park, hungout at the house, hosted a playdate at our house, went for walks, ran errands...etc. Like so many other babies, Brock loves books. He enjoys me reading to him, but lately he has pulled books & started to really show interest in them.

As you can tell, the animal pages are his favorite.

He is very good at going from his tummy to sitting.

And then on Memorial Day, he started crawling with his tummy off the ground! He has learned that he can go a lot faster with this move rather than the "military crawl".

This video was taken almost a week ago...since then, he's gotten the hang of it & goes really quick! To hear it, you might want to pause or turn down/off the music (go down to the very bottom of the page to do so).

First day to enjoy his splash pool - it's just his size!

Splash, splash! He sure did get mommy (and the camera) wet!

So excited!!! It's like bathtime but outside in cool water. :)
